1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with dtcpill, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Just email us and we'll process it.
2. After the first 7 days
Beyond the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see below), but we do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Whop, the platform that processes our payments. After cancelling, your access stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops automatically — you won't be charged again.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at support@dtcpill.com from the email address you used to subscribe, and we'll take care of it. Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method via Whop.
