1. Agreement

By accessing or using dtcpill ("the Service"), operated by dtcpill ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

dtcpill provides a curated knowledge base accessible via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service allows AI assistants (such as Claude) to search and retrieve information from our knowledge base on topics including ecommerce, marketing, copywriting, sales psychology, and business strategy.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and MCP token. You must not share your token with third parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed by Whop. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through Whop. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your MCP token or knowledge base content
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or bulk-download the knowledge base
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the knowledge base, including summaries, curated entries, and original material, is owned by or licensed to dtcpill. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content through the MCP server for your own use.

7. User Content

You may upload personal notions ("My Notions") to the Service. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and generate embeddings for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not share your personal notions with other users.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The knowledge base content is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business results. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information retrieved from the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dtcpill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email when possible.
